To delete your ReelYou pilot account, open ReelYou, choose Settings → Delete account, and sign in again if requested. This removes your ReelYou profile, connection credentials, and associated app data, and revokes the Google authorization grant. Your emails in Gmail are not deleted. If you cannot use the app, email vince@keenai.io from the account associated with ReelYou and request account deletion. We will verify ownership before completing the request. You can also remove ReelYou's access in your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections. If cleanup is pending or fails, email the same address for assistance. No email preview database or permanent email archive is kept by this pilot.
